This is by a male/female team that goes by the name Four Eyed Monster. I remember when they started their project they were looking for funding and I guess they got it, but I never followed up with them. This is episode 13 of their series and it's very touching.

I guess they were a couple at the start and then chick moved out and they agreed to see other people. This is the aftermath.
